I thought I'd give you a little peek behind the scenes today.
One of my favorite parts of creating art is that no two days in the studio ever look the same. Some days I'm painting with a palette knife, adding layer after layer of color and texture. Other days I'm sorting through dried paint, looking for the perfect pieces to transform into something completely new.
Many people don't realize that some of my favorite pieces begin as leftover paint from previous paintings. Instead of throwing those colorful fragments away, I save them, reshape them, and give them a second life. Once they're arranged into a new design, each piece is sealed with a glossy resin finish that brings out every vibrant color and texture.
It's a slower process than most people expect, but I love watching each artwork come together. Every piece has its own personality, and no two are ever exactly alike.
Thank you for following along on this creative journey. Your encouragement means more than you know, and I can't wait to share what I'm working on next.
